For the Baylor Transplant Institute Annual Report, we wanted to produce something that highlighted not only real results with numbers & graphs but to show real impact through real patient stories. This was the pitch, to not just do what was done in the past, but to include real stories that impacted real patients and outcomes. The "connected for life" idea was developed as way to marry the institute, numbers, doctors, etc. with the real life patients. I art directed the photography and design of the annual report to show patients in a real life scenarios and mixing the content, results & doctors in a more serious tone throughout the report. The cover itself received a custom die cut center to reveal the entirety of the title.
